River Ridge Golf Course is an 18 hole-par 72 championship golf course which opened in May of 1999. We pride ourselves on our well-manicured and carefully maintained course, which features a tee-to-green watering system, and many player friendly amenities. The first three holes are built on an open space that was formerly an apple orchard. The other 15 holes are characterized by rolling hills and scenic vistas that present various challenges to golfers of all skill levels. River Ridge is available for golf outings of any size – our Pro Shop staff would be happy to help you make arrangements, or to assist in making your golf experience a memorable one. From the center of the tee box, it is 188 yds. to clear the bunker on the right of the fairway. Favor the left side with tee shot if you want to reach in two. Consider the down hill slope when choosing your approach club.

This par 3 offers an elevation change of about 70 feet from tee to green. Choose your club very carefully. There is a fairly large green which slopes from back left to front right.

This par 4 plays longer than the yardage suggests. Uphill all the way, club selection if very important. Avoid the 2 bunkers with your tee shot and you have a large green to aim at.

Very long hitters may be able to reach this in 1. The bunkers are very much in play. A long iron is all that is needed off the tee to leave a short iron in. Pay attention to the 2 mounds in front of the green, trust your yardage.

Keep your tee shot left. It is easy to hit through the fairway if you get too far to the right. Set up for a controlled approach to a narrow green.

This fairway bunker on the right comes into play on this hole. The landing area slopes slightly to the right. Figure your yardage and club accordingly. A good tee shot will lead to a medium to short iron approach.

This short par 3 is the easiest hole on the course. The green is fairly deep, so take plenty of club. Don't let the yardage fool you, errant shots can cost you strokes!

This downhill par 4 is a test off the tee. Hit the fairway, and it is a mid to long iron in. Try to hug the left side off the tee. Be careful with club selection on your approach. Long here is trouble.

The fairway bunker comes into play off the tee. You can avoid it by taking a long iron or fairway wood off the tee. This should leave you a fairly short iron to a deep green.

The far fairway bunker on the right comes into play on this hole. Safe play is a fairway wood off the tee leaving a short to mid iron approach.

This par 5 is a hole to remember. The fairway bunker is 202 yds. from the center of the back tee and 105 from the center of the red tee to clear it. Depending on which tee you are playing it takes a medium to long accurate tee shot to get you to the center.

This par 4 has a narrow fairway. You have to get your tee shot past the corner or kep it to the right and past the bunker to have a line at the green.

This par 3 offers some length depending on the tee box. There is a fairway to accept short shots. With a deep green, landing short and chipping for your up and down is not a bad option. The water sites far enough from the green to to be a factor.

This is a great finishing hole. It is uphill all the way. figure yardage for bunker on the left and club accordingly. Choose your approach club carefully as the green is not very deep.
